You may return unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at support@uniwear.com.pk with your order number and reason for return. Once your request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label.
Please securely package the item(s) in its original packing and include packing slip.
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) and process your refund within 5-7 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase.
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact our customer support team at support@uniwear.com.pk with your order number and the details of the exchange.
We will provide you with a return shipping label for the item(s) you wish to exchange. Once we receive the item(s), we will process the exchange and ship out the new item(s) within 2-3 business days.
If the item you wish to exchange is out of stock, we will issue a refund to the original payment method and notify you via email.
All returned items must be in their original condition with tags attached.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return policy criteria.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item received.
In the rare event that you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact our customer support team immediately at support@uniwear.com.pk with your order number and a photo of the issue.
We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label and either replace the item or issue a full refund, including shipping charges.
