Cancellations, Returns, & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we're here to help.  

CANCELLATIONS
  • You may cancel any order within 24 hours of placement. Post expiry of the aforementioned period, no cancellation requests shall be entertained by us.
RETURNS
  • You may return unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund.
  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at support@uniwear.com.pk with your order number and reason for return. Once your request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label.
  • Please securely package the item(s) in its original packing and include packing slip.
  • Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) and process your refund within 5-7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase.
EXCHANGES
  • If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact our customer support team at support@uniwear.com.pk with your order number and the details of the exchange.
  • We will provide you with a return shipping label for the item(s) you wish to exchange. Once we receive the item(s), we will process the exchange and ship out the new item(s) within 2-3 business days.
  • If the item you wish to exchange is out of stock, we will issue a refund to the original payment method and notify you via email.
CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS & EXCHANGES
  • All returned items must be in their original condition with tags attached.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return policy criteria.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item received.
DEFECTS OR INCORRECT ITEMS
  • In the rare event that you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact our customer support team immediately at support@uniwear.com.pk with your order number and a photo of the issue.
  • We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label and either replace the item or issue a full refund, including shipping charges.
FINAL SALE ITEMS
  • Items marked as final sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless they are defective or incorrect.
